Jiuquan Dadeli Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the group, is a high-tech enterprise specializing in drug research and development, production, and sales. The SX-M real-time multi-point clean environment detection system is a high-tech product developed by our company. It adopts the NETscada system to achieve timely, fast, and accurate data collection and monitoring control. At the same time, it has good compatibility with similar brand online monitoring equipment (such as PMS, METONE). The software has a registration certificate and can achieve secondary development of the system. It adopts decentralized multi-point sampling and centralized data processing monitoring methods, greatly improving the monitoring quality and level of environmental purification. It has been successfully used in multiple domestic units and is currently the latest trend in automatic monitoring of international purification systems.

The core component used in the system is a fully semiconductor laser particle counter independently developed by our company. Its counting efficiency and accuracy meet the JJG-547-88 dust particle counter calibration specifications.

Main functions

(1) Sensor status page
The NETscada software comes with a multi-sensor status page that displays the current particle count for each/each/all sampling points in real-time. When an alarm is triggered, the color of the sampling points on the page will change to reflect the new situation. The issues with the sensor itself, such as laser power, flow rate, communication, etc., are also reflected in the color changes on the page.   
(2) Equipment distribution diagram
The software can generate customized device distribution maps to indicate the locations of various monitoring instruments configured into the system. The page also displays the status parameters and current monitoring values of the sampling points selected by the operator, and updates these data in real-time. While collecting data in NETscada software, operators can add or replace monitoring instruments. The software can also generate multiple device distribution maps to display the magnified situation of specific locations in production facilities.   
(3) Time chart: Real time and SPC
The software uses multiple colored pens to plot real-time or retrieved data into a time chart. Operators can select colors and graphics (linear or logarithmic scale) for particles and environmental sampling points, alarm and alarm limit parameters, instrument status levels, etc. on the time chart. The page can display multiple time charts simultaneously, and the operator can also store the time charts for future analysis.   
(4) Historical Statistical Data Table
The historical statistical data table page displays detailed statistical data for each sampling point in real-time. On this page, operators can view information such as instrument name, status parameters, current monitoring values, sample size, lower/higher/average/standard error of selected sampling points, and can also view retrieved sampling points in a similar way.   
(5) Event recording and automated task execution
The audit tracking record function registers all system activities such as alarm and warning parameters, communication errors, instrument status, configuration settings, and personnel operations. Operators can check each activity and enter comments in the user manual. Users can use the task scheduling function of the software to schedule automatically executed tasks. NETscada software can print reports or generate electronic reports, backup databases, execute sampling plans, run external programs, and more without the presence of operators.   
(6) Alarm and paging
Operators can set alarms, which will sound or visually alert when the preset alarm limits (alarm parameters) are exceeded. The NETscada software has 4 alarm levels, gradually increasing the urgency of alarms triggered due to exceeding alarm parameters. The alarm status information can be transmitted to the status page, statistical data table page, and event record page. Operators can set the priority order of alarms, making non important alarms give way to important ones. Users can choose the paging function, which is activated when an alarm is triggered.   
(7) Networking and Data Distribution
The network function of NETscada software has powerful real-time networking capability. The NETscada system connected to the same instrument can transmit real-time data to other NETscada systems that are not connected to the same instrument through Ethernet. The network version supports terminal servers, allowing multiple users to connect and run applications simultaneously.   
Users can conduct data review and analysis in the office through real-time networking, which is very convenient. Users can use the central file server to set up an office network station that displays real-time monitoring data from any combination of instruments transmitted by the monitoring station.
