Zhengzhou First People's Hospital (Zhengzhou First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College) was founded in 1942. It is a comprehensive national "Grade III A" hospital that integrates medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention, health care, and rehabilitation. It is a medical group composed of three national Grade III hospitals: Dongdajie Campus, Zhengzhou Airport Campus, and Zhengzhou Qiboshan Hospital, as well as two community health service centers on Hanghai East Road and Shangdu Road. The East Street campus is located at the intersection of Zijingshan Road and East Street, with convenient transportation and medical service coverage throughout the province.
  
  
Recently, Zhengzhou First People's Hospital ordered 10 YJ-840 clean workbenches from Suzhou Suxin Purification Equipment Factory, which fully proves the hospital's recognition of Suxin's product quality.
  
  
A clean bench is a type of local purification equipment used in clean environments, characterized by easy use, simple structure, and high efficiency. It is widely used in fields such as electronics, instrumentation, and pharmaceuticals.


Working principle: YJ type clean bench is a vertical flow type local purification equipment. After passing through a coarse filter, indoor air is pressurized into a static pressure box by a low-noise fan, and then evenly discharged through a high-efficiency filter to form a clean airflow that passes vertically through the work area at a uniform wind speed, creating a high cleanliness working environment.


Product structure: The YJ clean workbench box and two side wall panels are made of cold-rolled plates with a thickness of T=1.2mm, which are bent, welded, and assembled into shape. The inner and outer surfaces are treated with rust prevention and then baked with paint. The workbench is made of SUS304 stainless steel bent. Adopting an adjustable air volume fan system, the air volume is adjusted by a touch sensitive switch to ensure that the air speed in the working area is always in the ideal state. Adopting an automatic positioning sliding door, it is convenient for operators to operate. The bottom of the workbench is equipped with universal wheels for easy movement and positioning.
